According to TMZ and some other celebrity blogs out there, Jesse James recently settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with one of his former bike shop employees from an incident back in 2007. Poor Sandra.

Sources state that the woman who filed the charges saved emails from James. In one of the emails, james wrote: “Need anything before I split?” She responded, “Some Tums.” Jesse replied, “I have some special fluid that you can drink and it makes it all better ….” Uhm, eww gross? I’ll let you put 2 and 2 together to figure out what transpired after that.

Supposedly the woman kept a t-short from the incident with further evidence–remember Clinton? The woman then hired Gloria Allred’s law firm to represent her. No lawsuit was ever filed and supposedly James paid the woman $725,000 while he neither admitted or denied the allegations. At the time this happened in 2007, James was with Bullock.

Poor Sandra. I thought James was a cool guy despite all his tattoos, but I guess like the saying goes, if it walks like a snake and talks like a snake…well, you know the rest. Oh, excuse the pun by the way.
