A mother on TV, that is! Rumors are flying that Rachel Bilson has been cast as THE mother on How I Met Your Mother!

According to E!Online:

A show rep confirms to us that Rachel has been picked for the potentially pivotal part,

but they add:

Bilson's rep tells us that she's only signed on to appear in the one episode.

I am a huge fan of the show, so this is exciting gossip!!! I will admit that I was really hoping last season that Sarah Chalke was 'the one' but I think Rachel would be a fantastic addition to the show - whether she is the mother or just a guest star!
