Heidi Klum picks up her 5-year-old daughter Leni Briatore as they leave a karate class in West Los Angeles on Tuesday (September 29).

The 36-year-old German supermodel is expecting to give birth to her 4th child in October, her 3rd with musician Seal.

Heidi will debut a racy coffee table book on October 15 entitled “Rankin’s Heidilicious”. This tribute by one of her favorite photographers, Rankin, captures Heidi’s many moods and personas.
